This small restaurant, in the lively surroundings of the Plaza de las Salesas, presents the aesthetics of a bistro that takes the world of the pig as its thematic axis (there is a cute picture of Peppa Pig on the wall and the toilet is referred to as the Pocilga), with the novelty that the kitchen is fully integrated into the (hallway-type) dining room and a chef's table/bar in front of it, so that we can watch the dishes take shape. The menu, not overly extensive and constantly evolving with the seasons, is inspired by different gastronomic cultures from around the world, mixing flavours, techniques and exotic details.
