Just steps from the picturesque port, in the heart of Hvar’s old town, this family-run restaurant has been a cornerstone of local cuisine for over 70 years, with a menu focused primarily on fish but offering much more. Try, for example, the Premium Ribeye: 330 g of beef ribeye aged for 60 days, served with red wine sauce, sweet pepper and onion potato cream, broccoli, and mushrooms. The spacious terrace provides a relaxed atmosphere, while the interior stands out with walls adorned with floral arrangements. A small private room houses a selection of fine wines, many of which come from the island and other regions of Croatia. Booking is essential, especially during high season.
