Hans-Jörg Dunker and his team have long been synonymous with quality and Westphalian cuisine with an international twist. The restaurant interior is attractive and cheerful, having been given a skilful modern makeover, but care has been taken to leave the traditional character of the building intact. One of the chef's specialities is the wonderful fish and shellfish soup with aioli, bread and parmesan. A gorgeous terrace for summer.
