Set in the enchanting Byblos Art Hotel, Amistà reflects the colourful, dreamlike world of the villa itself, where the historical and the contemporary coexist in natural harmony, inspired by the hotel's defining muse: art. The food reflects this same interplay between past and present, reinterpreting traditional recipes using creative approaches presented in two distinct tasting menus. Dishes can also be ordered à la carte. The wine list is particularly noteworthy, featuring over 1,500 labels and a remarkable selection of rare wines.
