Even after moving to the centre of Konstanz, Patrick Stier has remained true to his style. He serves up classic cuisine with Mediterranean influences – think sea bass grenobloise with artichokes and a saffron emulsion or saddle of venison with a sour cherry game jus, warm pointed cabbage salad, port wine cherries, macadamia nuts and Topfenknödel (curd dumplings). Diners can choose between the "Gourmet" and "Vegetarian Gourmet" set menus and à la carte dishes.
