A truly memorable evening awaits at Gaptrast, where you’ll be warmly greeted by the charming manager and given a glass of local cider while being talked through some of the outstanding local ingredients they have dry aged. Next, you’re escorted up to the moody lounge for a range of meticulously prepared snacks, before being shown through to a fantastic restaurant whose dark lighting draws your focus to the open kitchen where a charcoal fire is ablaze. The surprise menu comprises incredibly original and complex creations packed full of vibrant flavours – such as duck with winter apples and vin jaune.
