Nestled in an industrial park, Hong 0871 is a little out of the way, but that doesn't stop gastronomes from making the trip here for their refined Yunnanese food with creative twists. Most ingredients are sourced from Yunnan, and seasonality is the hallmark of the menu – expect edible flowers in spring and mushrooms galore come summer. Cooked in a broth made with tamarillo, Chinese quince and carved plum, the fish is at once sour, fruity and spicy.
