Chef-patron Bernd Bachofer has a style all of his own, which clearly – and very coherently – draws inspiration from the great cuisines of Asia. First-rate produce is used to conjure up creative, meticulously prepared dishes brimming with unexpected taste sensations. There is also a vegetarian menu.
