This converted 500-year-old farmhouse certainly has character. The many regulars come for the cosy atmosphere in the charming dining area (the old Swiss church window draws the eye), the cordial service and, of course, the fresh regional cuisine courtesy of chef-patron Thomas Hausin – his flavoursome dishes are clearly the work of a chef with experience at top-flight establishments! NB: different opening hours in summer.
