A tiny, unpretentious restaurant that encapsulates the essence of a grocery store from the early 1900s. The integrity of ingredients is key here, hence the focus on "minimum intervention" in the cooking process. Some of its recipes are based around the "Libre de Sent Soví",a culinary manuscript written in Catalan in 1324.
