In the glass-clad dining room spread over two floors, diners are guaranteed a good view of the lush green Japanese garden no matter where they sit. The Japanese head chef, who worked in Fukuoka, provides two set menus that change every season. Those with a bigger budget can also pre-order the Itamae menu with mostly sushi and sashimi, or the Chef’s menu with largely cooked dishes at least one day ahead of their visit.
