Owner and head chef Philipp Stein represents the sixth generation at the helm. His outstanding culinary talent is such that there is no need for ostentation or gimmicks in his dishes. What may, at first glance, seem simple is actually exceedingly complex in terms of flavour and harmony, yet accessible for all that.
