He wins diners over with his outstanding craftsmanship and his knack for balancing dishes, as is apparent, for example, in the harmonious flavours of his delicate, perfectly cooked chicken breast served with a subtle tandoori spice blend. Drawing on locally sourced ingredients, he also looks beyond the borders of Kleinwalsertal.
