With its spick-and-span classic decor, this restaurant in Córdoba has retained the essence of that first incarnation, reproducing regional cuisine that fully respects authentic local flavours. Make sure you try the trying the famous “Almodóvar” croquettes, the egg-based “Revuelto del Cortijo”, and the legendary “Mazamorra”, a cold soup similar to “ajoblanco”, albeit thicker, that is said to be the forerunner of Córdoba’s “salmorejo”.
