A village trattoria with a vocation for the simplest and rustic Abruzzo cuisine; local dishes, then, drawing on farming and shepherding with charcoal grilling that naturally appears in all the meat-based dishes, sausages, steaks, lamb, mutton, arrosticini, chicken and so on...
