Belle présentation des plats, nombreux amuse-bouche offerts, belle qualité de produits. Ce restaurant sert une cuisine bourgeoise classique française, truffes, saint-jacques, foie gras... Les légumes anciens se glissent avec réussite dans les menus. Desserts réussis.

Service attentionné mais trop présent. Trop de crème dans les plats, ça en devient du coup un peu écœurant.

We went there for a gastronomic treat and luckily I hadn't looked at any reviews as we certainly got it! Both of us have eaten fine food throughout our lives and my partner has owned and managed establishments worldwide. It was the best food I have had in about 25 years including eating in Michelin rosetted restaurants in the UK (have they let their standards slip for the UK?). All the dishes were very good with most excellent and some outstanding. The 'Menus' give a good choice at all price levels. The house champagne is very good (we brought some back with us). The level of service, both at reception and in the restaurant, was excellent without being overbearing.
