The Maître has a lot of experience he knows how to seduce you with the service, the service is elegant and subtle, the wine that they served me was a Hacienda de Halabarda of Spain, one of the bests that I have ever try, the level of the kitchen is great, they used a lot of influences of Mexican kitchen which they use with french and Spanish techniques from the haute cuisine, specially the tartar of lobster with strawberry sauce and guacamole was amazing. they make me feel really confortable.
there was no subtle music outside in the garden
