Please remove this restaurant from the Michelin Guide. A total dissapointment from start to end. In what decade is this chef living. The 80's? My creme brulee of foie gras was a disgusting kind of pudding, the brulee nowhere to be found. Our main course doable but the vegetables on the side so last decade (completeyl overcooked eggplant with overcooked ratatouille on top and then a fennil 'quenelle' on the side? For dessert they served this old fashioned strawberry parfait with a 1 cm thick jelly topping. I would not be suprised if the chef used only ready to go ingredients. And it came right out of the fridge so way to cold when serving. With a € 120 bill to be payed we were shocked and dissapointed that the Michelin Guide recommends this restaurant.
